What is e-Learning?

E-Learning enables users to learn new products and services quickly and easily. E-Learning professionals, including Instructional Designers and curriculum developers, understand what makes a good learning experience and can help companies produce both instructor-led courses and e-Learning experiences that keep users engaged. Most e-Learning professionals are conversant in multiple types of learning, including instructor-led classes, e-Learning systems, or a combination of both known as “blended learning.” A qualified e-Learning expert will assess the best delivery model for a particular audience and craft an individualized learning experience for that audience. Many industries require training, including technical software and hardware companies, insurance and financial companies, and start-ups.
