Mike is a passionate recruiting partner with a background in connecting high performance engineering & executive talent with top firms across the United States. He has held a variety of key contributor recruiting roles and leadership positions in both the staffing agency and consulting space for firms such as McKinsey & Co. and Eliassen Group.

He has 15+ years of experience in working with all types of Software Engineers/Architects, Data/Analytics Engineers, AI/Data Science, Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps, Project Managers (including Agile), ERP consultants, UX/UI, Management Consultants, and C-Level Executives.

Mike has performed roles as a Technical Recruiter, Director of Recruiting, Recruiting Champion, Head of Talent, and is currently serving as a Principal Recruiter for Clear Point Consultants.

Mike is a University of Florida graduate, who resides in St. Augustine Beach, FL with his wife and their 2 dogs, Buddy & Lucy.

He enjoys long walks on the beach (no really!), roasting marshmallows at a campfire, riding bikes, and all racquet sports, including Pickleball.
