Matt is a business executive with more than two decades of sales, operations, team building, and technology-consulting industry experience. Prior to joining Reef Consulting, Matt served in both contributor and leadership roles across technology staffing and consulting firms. Matt is passionate about building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing, customer-focused sales, and delivery organizations. At Reef Consulting, Matt is responsible for business operations, client and consultant acquisition and retention, and for driving company revenue growth.
