Kathy is a staffing professional who has held a variety of roles throughout her twenty years in the industry. Her successes include managing the national staffing needs for a $60 billion pharmaceutical company, a $25 billion management consulting firm, and one of world’s largest energy companies all while propelling the national division to one of the top branches in the company. She also has extensive experience managing VMS accounts for mid-enterprise level organizations and being the trusted go-to resource for hiring managers.
Kathy truly understands the full life cycle of recruiting and hiring from requirements to onboarding and her incredible organizational skills, ability to multitask, outstanding customer service, and fluid communication skills make her the ideal staffing partner.
Kathy resides in Lowell, MA with her husband, their two children and rescue dog, Mitch. She enjoys reading, exercise, campfires, music and watching her children compete in sports.
