Field Service Engineer
Carry out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities; designate and monitor the work of personnel to achieve the completion of the service department daily responsibilities.
Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for our
customers
Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing
instruments.
Remove defective parts by dismantling machine; use hoists, cranes, and hand / power tools.
Manage SAP Tickets and customer service requests.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports and documents.
Keep working area clean and organized
Comprehend customer requests and make appropriate recommendations/discussions
Build positive relationships with customers
Assist the processing of materials at our trial center
Assemble/disassemble machinery mechanically and electrically
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations set in place
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
