Our client, a premier provider of SaaS-based application security solutions is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy. This job is fully remote.

The Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy is responsible for creating a digital marketing strategy that transforms our client’s digital properties into an engine for attracting interest and driving earned demand worldwide via external websites, social channels, SEM/SEO, and display advertising. This is a strategic and operational role, overseeing the development, execution, testing, and optimization of digital strategies, investments, best practices and initiatives to drive engagement and customer acquisition.

With guidance from the Director of Corporate Marketing, this person will lead the digital marketing team and be accountable for the inbound conversion funnel, from search optimization and driving integrated digital programs that attract and engage prospects to enhancing the user experience and increasing conversion rates. This role will require collaboration between multiple lines of business and stakeholders who each have unique target audiences, solutions, and goals to strategize and implement the best possible strategies for growing the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define, plan and execute the global digital marketing strategy to support the GTM plan and company initiatives
  • Align with Demand Generation to ensure the execution of campaigns align with digital capabilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our website
  • Build strong trust and productive working relationships across the organization and lead cross-departmental teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital programs
  • Lead end-to-end accountability for website & digital program performance, analysis, and reporting
  • Responsible for the look, feel and performance of the website
  • Lead, mentor a team of digital experts to drive the inbound marketing function, including web optimization, SEO, display, paid search, and social media
  • Collaborate with our Sales teams on developing campaigns and integrated marketing strategies across digital channels to drive pipeline
  • Strategize and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across all social properties
  • Map current digital activities to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization
  • Report on campaign and performance metrics
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to learn, adapt and optimize campaigns
  • Partner with brand leadership to design and execute an insights-driven multi-channel strategy consistent with brand strategies

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of digital and web marketing experience, including strategy & execution
  • Expertise in emerging media and web tech stack
  • Understanding of Drupal as a website framework
  • At the forefront trends and innovation in digital marketing
  • Ability to be creative and knowledge on making websites a competitive differentiator
  • Strong organizational, program and process management skills
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Global marketing experience
  • Ability to deliver & results oriented
  • Cybersecurity Industry experience a plus
