The Business Analyst will play an integral part within project delivery teams to help ensure that the solutions we create for our clients to meet their business needs. define business objectives, functional and non-functional requirements, and eventual outcomes. The role helps ensure alignment between our clients and our work.


  • Leading the review of existing business processes in order to analyze, evaluate, and document existing systems, processes, and/or functionality
  • Elicit critical business information and expected outcomes through the planning and performing of stakeholder meetings or interviews
  • Analyze, translate, and simplify requirements to minimize technical debt
  • Work with our clients to prioritize initiatives based on requirements, resources, and business rationale
  • Perform and document gap analyses on existing solutions based on current business needs and desired outcomes
  • Consult clients on technology platforms and key decisions on implementation and adoption
  • Work with visual and UX designers to document functional and non-functional requirements by building and maintaining a product backlog
  • Support business user training on implemented solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by triaging issues that are identified
  • Continue to educate and evolve the overall delivery teams on requirements-based design and development
  • Support the QA team through managing and maintaining acceptance criteria



  • 4 years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst providing services associated with needs assessment, planning, analysis, traceability/monitoring, and evaluation business analysis domains
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC in including experience using both Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Skills and knowledge pertaining to web technologies (CMS, MarTech, HTML/CSS/JS, Server Infrastructures, etc)
  • Experience with developing detailed UX and CMS specifications for enterprise websites and applications (including mobile/apps)
  • Experience with documentation and task organization tools such as Confluence & Jira
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills
  • Working knowledge of data and process modeling
  • Command of spoken and written communication, including strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills working in a professional services environment with clients
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • IIBA, CBAP or PMI-BA certification a plus
