Our client is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter for a 3 month assignment to start asap in Watertown, MA.
Fills assigned positions by sourcing through a variety of tools (Internet/Web search, social media sourcing, Community Outreach contacts including diversity-related programs, college recruiting, and other techniques), screening, interviewing and participating in the selection of final candidates, negotiation of offers (in conjunction with the Hiring Manager as appropriate) and completing new hire paperwork is completed.
Focus on a broad range of Finance roles incl. FP&A, Audit, Accounting, Actuarial – at levels from Analyst to Sr. Manager.

Minimum of 5 to 7 year’s experience in a high-volume recruiting environment. Must possess working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
