Our client, a startup revolutionizing the cybersecurity industry is seeking a Chief Product Officer.

They have built a new category of enterprise software, which enables companies to rate and understand the security risk of any company. Their customers span a variety of sectors and use cases, including compliance, cyber insurance, and vendor risk management.


  • The CPO will be responsible for product vision, product strategy, product design and product development, overseeing every element of the product from concept to launch, and post-launch performance.
  • The CPO leads the transformation of product ideas from data informed insights, into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while balancing the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business. The CPO will be responsible for the formulation of the Product Management department’s vision, and also for imparting that vision to their team and the company as a whole.
  • The CPO will create and manage a process that drives toward a scalable product portfolio that will in turn drive the business’s product profitability. They will also ensure that there is continuous improvements in the product as well as the product’s application to market needs wrapped in a product experience that continuously and consistently delights the consumers.
  • The CPO will be responsible for the identification of target consumer segments and markets. They will also play a leading role in evaluating market trends and competition strategies from which they can make recommendations on product pricing and positioning.
  • The CPO will capture and data mine customer feedback to make new product decisions that will scale revenue.


  • Deep enterprise SaaS experience
  • Demonstrated success within hyper growth startups scaling from 50M to 100M
  • Super agile, with experience in deep process, fast shipping, agility
  • Security Expertise
  • 10+ years in a high-ranking Product Management position, preferably as a Head of Product
  • Demonstrated customer empathy
  • Must possess great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

  • Ability to define and analyze numerous product metrics
