Why Contract?
There are many reasons to contract—higher hourly rate, flexibility, opportunity to expand your skills and portfolio with different products and technologies. Contracting can be your choice of career or it can be a fill-in between permanent jobs. Either way, Clear Point makes contracting easy for you:
- We do the marketing and find the openings
- We set up the interviews and make sure you understand the client’s needs
- Once you accept the contract, we handle all the paperwork and pay you weekly
Clear Point provides these benefits to our contractors:
- Direct deposit and weekly payment
- One week of vacation after 10 months in any 12 month period
- If you choose to purchase your health insurance through the Massachusetts Connector, you can pay for it pre-tax through our Section 125 Premium Only Plan.
- Clear Point will pay up to 3 days of jury duty as long as proof of service is submitted before payment is made.
